Q - How will my order be shipped?
Orders are normally shipped via Registered Post and should arrive within 6-7 business days of the ship date(in India). Non-India orders will take longer to arrive.
Q - I made a mistake on my order, how do I correct it?
Please use our "Contact Us" link and clearly indicate what the error is and also provide the order date and your email id through which the order was placed. As long as the shipment has not already been despatched, we will be able to correct the mistake.
Q - Do you ship outside of the India?
Yes, we accept orders from outside of India, however, the payment needs to made before hand. Also please note that postage charged are extra.
Q - I placed my order more than 10 days ago and have not received my order yet.
Please send us an email and we will attempt to locate the shipment.
Q - Do you accept credit cards?
As of now we do not have provision of accepting credit cards, however, we are working on it. Once it is ready, you can see the link for credi card as well in our site.
Q - If you do not have credt card provision, how will one deposit money?
Once you confirm the order, we will send you our bank account where you can deposit the amount. Once the amount is deposited, send us an email with the reference of transaction. We will do the shipment the very next business day. Alternately you can send us a demand draft in favour of "Al-Rahman Printers & Publishers" payable to Kolkata. Cheques are also accepted, however, shipment will be done only after the cheque gets cleared.
